HOLIDAY CLOSURE: The Airport Badging Office will be closed on December 25-26 and January 1-2.

Santa Barbara Airport's Badging Office is located inside the Administration Building at 601 Firestone Road. To make an appointment, please call (805) 681-6385.

Requirements

When you come in for a renewal or initial you will need:

  • Access Media Application (must be signed by sponsor's Signatory Authority)
  • Two (2) forms of approved government identification
  • $25 for AOA - cash or check only
  • $40 for SIDA that requires fingerprinting - cash or check only
  • Old badge (if renewal)

Applications

Required forms for Access Media:

Driving rights application is needed only if the applicant’s sponsor wants the applicant to be able to drive in the restricted area for which they are getting a badge.
