TSA Cares is a helpline that provides travelers with disabilities, medical conditions and other special circumstances additional assistance during the security screening process.

Accessible parking spaces are available in both the Short and Long Term Parking Lots. Please note: even if a parking lot is labeled "Lot Full," there may still be accessible parking spaces available. Travelers utilizing the accessible parking spaces are welcome to proceed into the lot.
Animals are prohibited at SBA unless the animal is a certified service animal or the animal has been registered through an airline for air travel. Please check directly with the Airline for specific requirements.
All animals must be leashed or contained in proper transport housing at all times while on any part of Airport property.
Santa Barbara Municipal Codes in regard to animals at SBA and at large:
An outdoor pet relief area can be found outside the north entrance of the Terminal. If looking at the front of the Terminal, it can be found on the right-hand side toward the Historic Terminal. Waste bags are available.
Please note there is no pet relief area inside the terminal, including past the security check point.
